摘要: 分析了华能邯峰发电厂锅炉低温再热器管间固定支撑焊缝泄漏的原因,提出了将固定支撑结构改为活动支撑结构的改造方案,改造后,未再出现再热器管间支撑焊缝泄露的情况。

关键词: 再热器, 泄漏, 附加应力, 再热裂纹

Abstract: The reasons of leakage at welding seam of reheater tubes supports of 660MW unit in Hanfeng Power Plant of China Huaneng Group were analyzed. A reformation scheme was proposed and adopted, which advocates change the fixed support structure into movable support structure. After reformation, the leakage was not occurred again.
