摘要/Abstract

摘要： 某发电有限公司汽轮机采用了DEH控制系统，其液压部分为EH1000型集装供油装置，在系统投入运行后，出现了EH油温度升高的异常现象，EH油油质不断恶化。对该异常现象进行了认真分析，在此基础上提出了相应处理措施，处理后EH油油质不断恶化的现象基本消失。

关键词: EH油, 温度升高, 原因分析, 处理方法

Abstract: The DEH control system was adopted for the turbine of a certain power generation corporation limited, the hydraulic prepressure part of the system is EH1000 containerization feed installment. After the system was put into operation, the EH oil temperature increased abnormally, and the EH oil quality was deteriorated gradually. The abnormal phenomenon was analyzed earnestly, and based on this, the relevant treatment measures were proposed. After the treatment measures had been adopted, the phenomenon of EH oil quality deterioration had been eliminated basically.
