摘要: 通过分析石灰石-石膏脱硫反应机理及烟气脱硫系统对工艺水的要求,分析了采用海水作为脱硫系统工艺水主要来源的可能性,对采用海水作为主要工艺水和采用海水淡化作为工艺水的2个方案进行了技术经济比较,为石灰石-石膏脱硫系统设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:

According to the reaction mechanism of limestone gypsum FGD process and the requirement for process water by FGD system, the feasibility of using the sea water as the main source of FGD process water was analyzed. The two schemes, the one is to use the sea water as main process water and another is to desalt the sea water and to use the desalted water as process water, were compared in technology and economical efficiency. The result can be used as reference in limestone gypsum FGD design.
