生产过程数据稳定性判断的一种方法

摘要: 通过分析生产过程数据的特点,解释了对其进行稳定性判断的必要性。介绍了3种常见的数据稳定判断方法,在分析其优缺点的基础上,提出了一种新的判断生产数据稳定的方法——二次稳定度算法。该算法包括固定时间段内数据稳定性的判断过程和搜索算法延伸2部分,核心内容是比较出现在平均值附近的数据的概率与稳定指标的大小。以唐山盘山电厂的具体数据为分析依据,对比这几种方法的结果值,证明二次稳定度算法是一种合理的、鲁棒性强、更为准确的测试方法。

Abstract: By analysis of characteristics of production process data, the necessity of deciding the stability of production process data was explained. Three common data stability deciding methods were introduced, and based on the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages, a new production data stability deciding method—the secondary stability algorithm was put forward. The algorithm includes two parts, which are deciding process of data stability in fixed time segment and searching algorithm extension. Its core content is to compare the probability and relevant stability indicators of data occurred in range near the average. Taking the concrete data of the Panshan Power Plant as analyzing example, the results of abovementioned methods were compared, and it was proved that the secondary stability algorithm is more rational testing method with better robustness and higher accuracy.
