超临界锅炉屏式过热器受热面超温原因分析及对策

Analysis on overtemperature reasons of heating surface of platen superheater in supercritical boiler and its countermeasures

摘要: 华电宿州发电有限公司 #1机组直流锅炉在第1次检查性大修后出现屏式过热器出口A侧经常超温的现象。分析认为,造成锅炉受热面金属温度高的最直接诱因是 #1锅炉炉内燃烧行程拉长,火焰中心上移。对 #1锅炉风烟及燃烧系统进行优化后,屏式过热器左侧壁温得到了有效控制。

Abstract: After first overhaul for inspection of the oncethrough boiler No.1 of Huadian Suzhou Power Generation Corporation Limited, the overtemperature phenomenon was often occurred in outlet Aside of the platen superheater. According to the analysis, it was considered that the most direct reason of the higher temperature of the heating surface is the combustion stroke in the furnace was lengthened and the flame center was moved up. The ventilation system and the combustion system of the boiler No.1 were optimized, and the wall temperature of the platen superheater left side was controlled effectively. 
