摘要： 分析了华光潭梯级水电站发电机转子发生接地故障的类型和原因，对重复发生接地故障的原因进行了重点探讨，提出了相应的解决办法，供同类水轮发电机组处理类似问题时参考。

Abstract: The type and reasons of the grounding faults of generator rotor in the Huaguangtan Cascade Hydropower Stations were analyzed. The reasons of repeatedly occurred grounding faults were discussed emphatically, and relevant solving methods were put forward, providing reference for similar problem treatment of the same hydroelectric generator set.
