摘要: 针对某电厂运行初期调速器在工作过程中存在的直线位移转换器卡涩、停机自动方式下伺服电机温度偏高、调速器引导阀活塞下坠等问题,分析了故障原因并提出了解决方法。

Abstract: Some faults occurred in beginning of operation of a power plant, which include that the linear displacement convertor was jammed, the temperature of the servo motor in shut down automation mode was higher, and the guide valve piston of governor was dropped. The reasons of these faults were analyzed, and the solving methods were given.
