大型直接空冷排汽管道加肋圆柱结构分析与设计

摘要: 借鉴国内火力发电大型直接空冷工程应用经验和国产化技术研究成果,结合加肋圆柱壳结构的特点,提出了一种材料与几何非线性有限元数值辅助计算的设计方法并对该设计方法进行了深入比较和分析。在某大型直接空冷排气管道设计中采用该设计方法,给出了整体组合工况的结构特性分析,达到了大型火力发电直接空冷管道系统结构优化设计之目的。

Abstract: Using the application experiences of direct air cooling project of domestic large thermal power project and domestication technical research results for reference, combining with the characteristics of stiffened cylindrical shell structure, a design method of material and geometric nonlinear finite element numerical assist computation was put forward, and the design method was compared and analyzed in depth. The method was adopted in the exhaust duck design of a large ACC project, the structure characteristics in whole combined operation conditions were analyzed, and the structure design optimization of the ACC duck system of large thermal power project was realized.
