摘要/Abstract

摘要： 由于双环式给煤机设计不够合理，在运行过程中会出现运行不平稳、水平窜动、上下波动及给煤车撒煤等问题，导致设备不能正常运行，加大了运行和检修人员的工作量并带来了严重的环境污染。针对上述问题，对设备进行了多处改进，取得了良好的效果。

关键词: 储煤筒仓, 双环式给煤机, 改进设计

Abstract: Because of the irrational design of the dualring coal feeder, some problems would occur in its operation, such as the unstable operation, the horizontal pulsation, the vertical fluctuation, the coal scattered from the car and so on. These problems leaded that the equipment can not operation normally, increased the work load of the operators and the maintainers and brought serious environmental pollution. Aiming at the problems mentioned above, some parts of the equipment were improved, and favorable effects were obtained.
