摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为进一步提升路港运输能力，对C型转子式双车翻车机进行了适应KM80B底开门自卸车的卸车工艺改进。改进后，C型转子式双车翻车机不但能满足C61，C62，C64摘钩车及C63，C76，C80不摘钩车卸车作业的要求，还能满足新改造KM80B底开门自卸车的作业要求，同时还能提高设备的卸车作业效率。

Abstract: In order to further raise the transport capacity of road and port, the unloading process of the Ctype rotor double dumper was improved to adapt to KM80B bottom unloading dumper . After the improvement, the Ctype rotor double dumper not only can satisfy the requirements of the unloading operation for the decoupling dumper C61, C62 and C64 and the nondecoupling dumper C63, C76 and C80, but also can satisfy the operation requirement of the KM80B bottom unloading dumper. In addition, the improved unloading process can raise the unloading operation efficiency of the equipments. 
