摘要: 对600 MW超临界发电机组凝结水泵的变频改造及节能效果进行了分析。在保证凝结水系统安全运行的基础上,采用“一拖一”的方式对凝结水泵进行了变频改造。改造后的运行数据表明,该改造方案达到了设计要求, 凝结水泵变频改造后节电率达36%,降低厂用电率达0.12%,节能效果显著。

Abstract: The variable frequency reformation of the condensate pump of 600 MW supercritical unit and its energysaving effect were analyzed. On the basis of warranty for safe operation of the condensate pump,the ‘one drive one’ mode was adopted in the variable reformation of the condensate pump. The operation data after reformation show that the reformation scheme achieves the design requirements, the power consumption of the condensate pump reduced by 36%, and the houseservice consumption rate was reduced by 0.12%, the energysaving effect is remarkable.
