摘要: 对中国华电集团富拉尔基发电总厂6台200MW发电机密封油系统存在的油中含水引起氢湿度超标和因密封油流量过大导致的密封油系统工作异常的原因进行了分析,结合实际情况提出了治理方法,以提高发电机运行的安全性和经济性。

关键词: 氢冷发电机, 密封瓦, 油温, 流量, 氢气湿度

Abstract: The hydrogen humidity of six 200MW generators in Huadian Fularji General Power Plant was out of limits due to the water in oil of sealing oil system, and the operation of the sealing oil system was abnormal due to the larger sealing oil flow. The reasons of the problems abovementioned were analyzed, and combing with practical situation, the relevant improving methods were proposed. Then the security and economical efficiency of generator operation were enhanced.
