蝴蝶阀漏水问题的处理和分析

摘要: 大港水电站水轮机进水主阀(蝴蝶阀)长期运行后出现漏水,经多次查找才找到症结所在。结合其处理过程,分析了其形成原因,并针对中小型水电站的特点,提出了在安装主阀时应注意的事项和有效解决该问题的比较简便有效的办法。

Abstract: Water leakage was appeared in the turbine inlet main valve (butterfly valve)after a long term operation in Dagang Hydropower Station, the main sticking point was found out by several times inspecting. In this paper its causes were analyzed comprehensively combining with the treatment experience, and according to the characteristics of the smalltype and mediumtype hydropower stations, some notices during the inlet valve installation and some effective solution ways for solution the problem have been put forward.
