超临界机组汽动给水泵振动原因分析及处理措施

摘要: 汽动给水泵在试运行阶段,轴瓦出现突振现象,运行一段时间后,突振的次数增多,振动幅值增大,持续时间增长。对振动故障诊断分析后,认为存在明显低频振动分量,判断给水泵轴瓦存在故障。对轴瓦进行了处理后,轴瓦突振减小至报警值以下,突振现象明显减少或基本消失。

Abstract: In trail operation of a turbofeed pump, the sudden vibration was occurred. After operation a period, the sudden vibration became frequently, the vibration amplitude became larger, and the vibration duration became longer. According to the diagnosis and analysis of the vibration fault, obvious lowfrequency vibration component had been found, and it is determined that there was fault in bearing shell of feed pump. The bearing shell had been treated; and then the sudden vibration was weakened and less than alarm limit, so the sudden vibration was decreased obviously or was eliminated basically.
