摘要: 从等离子工作原理、结构特征、煤质要求及配风调整以及安全监控事项的角度出发,论述了冷态等离子点火及升温控制的技术要领。通过该技术在华电包头发电公司的实际应用效果,总结了适合于直吹式中速变加载平盘磨的等离子点火及升温控制技术的几点经验。

Abstract: Considering the working principle of plasma, the structure characteristics, the demands of coal grade, the regulation of air distributing, the safety monitoring and other respect, the technical essentials of plasma ignition in cold state and temperatureincreasing control were discoursed. According to the practical application effects of the technology in Huadian Baotou Power Generation Corporation Limited, the experiences of plasma ignition and temperatureincreasing control technology, which is suitable for directfired plate mill with middlespeed and variable load, were summarized.
