摘要: 介绍了天津军粮城发电有限公司 #6锅炉乙磨煤机频繁烧瓦的现状,分析了造成磨煤机主轴承烧瓦的原因。结合摇杆型主轴承的技术特点,论述了采用该型轴承的原因并提出了具体的施工方案,对磨煤机更换轴承前后运行的经济效益进行了对比分析。

Abstract: The bearing burnout fault was occurred frequently in mill B of boiler No.6 of Tianjin Junliangcheng Power Generation Corporation Limited. The reasons of main bearing burnout of mill were analyzed. Combining with the technical characteristics of rocker style main bearing, the reasons of adopting rocker style bearing were discoursed, and the concrete construction scheme was proposed. The economical efficiency after replacing the mill bearing and before that was compared and analyzed.
