大电网可靠性评估中方差控制技术浅析

摘要: 由于MonteCarlo法具有灵活、有效的特点,在电网可靠性评估中得到了广泛运用,但由于其计算精度的提高需要大大增加计算时间,限制了它的运用范围。对系统中各元件对系统可靠性的影响程度进行了评估,在此基础上,建立了一种简单的评估算法,通过有目的的抽样,鉴别出对系统可靠性存在威胁的元件。试验分析发现,该算法能够取得较快的收敛速度,在提高系统计算精度的基础上,最大限度地减小了计算时间,具有较强的通用性。

Abstract: The MonteCarlo method has characteristics of flexibility and effectiveness and is widely used in reliability assessment of the power system. However, in order to enhance the calculation accuracy, the calculation time will increase greatly, and this restricts its application scope. The influences of various components in the system on the system reliability were evaluated. On this basis, a simple assessment algorithm was established. By purposive sampling, the components, which threaten the system reliability, were identified. The experiment and the analysis show that the algorithm has higher convergence speed; it can reduce the calculation time and enhance the calculation accuracy in same time. Then the algorithm is more universal.
