摘要： 介绍了江苏国信扬州发电有限责任公司630MW超临界机组循环水泵双速改造和运行情况，改造后可根据季节变化变更电动机转速，从而实现水量调节，节约了厂用电，取得了明显的经济效益。

关键词: 循环水泵, 双速电动机, 节能改造

Abstract: The twospeed reformation and the operation situation of the water circulating pump of 630MW supercritical unit in Jiangsu Guoxin Yangzhou Power Generation Corporation Limited were introduced. After the reformation, the water flow can be adjusted by changing the motor speed in accordance with the season variation. The service power rate was reduced, and the obvious economic benefit was obtained.
