摘要: 介绍了干法脱硫石灰消化工艺的基本原理和外部输入条件对消化反应的影响。阐述了消化工艺中灰水比和含水率等重要参数的控制范围和对原料质量的要求。对比了流化床干式消化器、NID干式消化器、卧式双轴干式消化器和卧式两级干式消化器的工艺原理和运行情况。分析了几个工程实例,提出了需要注意和重视的问题,为同类型系统选择干法脱硫石灰消化工艺提供参考。

Abstract: The basic principium of lime hydration process for dry flue gas desulphurization and the influence of input condition on the hydration reaction were introduced. The control range of some important parameters in hydration process, such as limewater ratio, water content and others, and the demand of quick lime quality were expounded. The technical principle and the operation situation of several hydration reactors, such as the circulating fluidized bed dry hydration reactor, the NID dry hydration reactor, the horizontaltype double shaft dry hydration reactor and the horizontaltype twostage dry hydration reactor, were compared with each other. The examples of several practical projects were analyzed, and some problems needing more attention were put forward, which can be used as reference for selection of lime hydration process in similar dry desulphurization system.
