摘要: 东方汽轮机厂200MW汽轮机遮断系统采用的是较为成熟的高压遮断模块和低压遮断模块并行的系统。郑州市郑东新区热电有限公司 #2机组在调试过程中,一开始频频挂不上闸,能挂上闸后,却无法保持挂闸状态而自动跳闸。针对这一故障进行了深入的分析和探讨,最终解决了该问题。

Abstract: In the emergency tripping system of the 200MW steam turbine manufactured by the Dongfang Turbine, the more mature highpressure tripping module and lowpressure tripping module were adopted. However, in commissioning process of the unit No.2 of the Zhengzhou Zhengdong New District Heat and Power Corporation Limited, at the start, the turbine could not latched repeatedly; and after latched, the system was unable to keep the latchon state. The fault was analyzed and researched in depth, and the problem was solved finally.
