摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在对标管理年中，乌江渡发电厂在如何降低综合厂用电率方面开展了深入细致的对标工作。通过检查、分析和试验，找出了存在的问题，采取了有效措施，达到了降低综合厂用电率之目的，实现了节能降耗和提高生产管理的目标。

关键词: 综合厂用电率, 对标管理, 节能降耗, 对策

Abstract:

In benchmarking management year, in the aspect of that how to reduce the comprehensive house service consumption rate, the Wujiangdu Hydropower Plant developed embedded and meticulous benchmarking work. By inspection, analysis and experiment, the existing problems were found, effective measures were adopted, the comprehensive house service consumption rate had been reduced, and the targets of energysaving and consumption reducing and enhancing production management were realized.
