广州恒运热电厂三段抽汽供热的应用分析

摘要: 介绍了广州恒运热电厂将高压缸排汽和三段抽汽作为供热汽源点的设计思路及改造方案。对高压缸排汽供热与三段抽汽供热利用方法进行了损分析。得出了三段抽汽较高压缸排汽供热损失小,但高压缸排汽供热更加灵活的结论。

Abstract: Two design ideas and schemes for steam turbine reformation in Guangzhou Hengyun Cogeneration Power Plant were introduced, in which the exhaust of high pressure cylinder and the extraction steam from 3 sections are used as heatsupply steam source point respectively. The exergy losses of the high pressure cylinder exhaust heatsupply and the 3 sections extraction steam heatsupply were analyzed using the exergy method. The conclusion was obtained that the scheme of extraction steam heatsupply from 3 sections has smaller exergy loss, but the scheme of high pressure cylinder exhaust heatsupply is more flexible.
