摘要: 论述了新型管道用双向弹性阻尼体减振阻尼器的工作原理及其功能。介绍了弹性阻尼体减振阻尼器在莱芜钢铁集团有限公司热电厂50MW汽轮发电机组给水泵再循环管道减振处理中的应用情况。该设备的成功应用,可为其他同类管路的振动故障处理提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: The working principle and the functions of the novel bidirectional elastic damping vibration absorber for pipe were expounded. The application of the elastic damping vibration absorber in the vibration attenuation treatment of the recirculation pipe of the feed pump of 50MW turbine generator set in the Heat and Power Cogeneration Plant of Laiwu Steel Group Corporation Limited was introduced. The success application of this device provides reference for other similar pipes in vibration fault treatment.
