入厂煤与入炉煤热值差大的原因分析

摘要: 对中国华电集团富拉尔基发电总厂2009年第1季度入厂煤及入炉煤热值差进行了对比, 分析了引起入厂煤及入炉煤热值差大的原因,找出了入厂煤及入炉煤水分是影响热值差的主要因素,提出了相应措施,使入厂煤及入炉煤的热值差控制在合理的范围内。

关键词: 入厂煤, 入炉煤, 收到基低位发热量, 空干基高位发热量, 热值差, 全水分

Abstract: The caloric value of asreceived coal and that of asfired coal of China Huadian Fulaerji General Power Plant in the first quarter 2009 were compared, and the reasons caused the difference of caloric values of asreceived coal and asfired coal were analyzed. It was found that the main factor influencing on the difference of caloric values is coal moisture. The relevant measures were proposed, and the difference of caloric values of asreceived coal and asfired coal had been controlled in rational range. 
