减缓火电厂GGH积灰堵塞的措施

摘要: 火电厂脱硫系统在长期运行过程中因烟气换热器(GGH)积灰堵塞,严重影响系统的正常运行,不利于节能降耗;同时,堵塞严重还会造成增压风机的损坏与系统事故跳闸。对脱硫系统 GGH 积灰堵塞原因进行了分析,提出了减缓 GGH 积灰堵塞的具体措施。

Abstract: The blockage of GGH by deposited dust of thermal power plant FGD system formed in long term operation seriously influence on the normal operation of the system and is harmful for energysaving and consumption reducing. In addition, serious blockage could damage the boost fan and cause the system accident tripping. The reasons of blockage of GGH by deposited dust in FGD system were analyzed, and some concrete measures for slowing the blockage of GGH by deposited dust were put forward.
