摘要: 云南华电昆明发电有限公司300MW汽轮机长期低于额定负荷运行,通过试验的方法找出了最佳蒸汽压力滑压运行曲线,得到了汽轮机调门开度值和汽轮机最大热效率的关系。汽轮机调门实现了顺阀控制,极大地降低了单阀运行的节流损失,提高了汽轮机的热效率。

Abstract: For long time the operation mode of 300MW steam turbine of Yunnan Huadian Kunming Power Generation Corporation Limited was below rated load. Using experiment method the sliding pressure operation curve for the best steam pressure was found out, and the relation between opening of steam turbine governing valves and the largest thermal efficiency was obtained. The application of sequence valve controlling for steam turbine governing valves tremendously decreases the throttling loss of single valve operation, and increases the thermal efficiency of steam turbine.
