摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为保证机组安全、环保、经济和稳定运行，提高能源利用效率，降低火电厂能源消耗，优化节能管理，云南华电昆明发电有限公司通过开展对标管理、节能管理、技术改造和耗差分析等工作，对内部组织的各类资源进行了有效配置，提高了资源利用率，降低了生产运营成本，提升了企业核心竞争力和管理水平。

关键词: 对标管理, 节能技改, 耗差分析, 资源配置

Abstract: Through carrying out benchmarking, energysaving, technical update and energyloss analysis,etc., Yunnan Huadian Kunming Power Generation Corporation Limited allocated all kinds of internals resources efficiently to warrant the unit operation in the manner of safety, environmental conservation, economy and stability, increase energy ultilization ratio, decrease energy consumption, optimize energysaving management, therefor，resourceusage ratio has been increased, operation costs have become lower, the core competition and management level of enterprise have gained improvement.
