摘要: 针对华能铜川电厂2×600MW机组 #1, #2轴抽风机存在疏水不畅的问题,对2种轴抽风机疏水管线改造方案进行了分析,将轴抽风机I,II级叶轮底部疏水管直接接入入口管,可解决轴抽风机疏水不畅的问题。华能铜川电厂利用停机备用机会,对 #1, #2轴抽风机疏水管线进行了改造。改造后,彻底解决了轴抽风机疏水不畅的问题,达到了预期的效果。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of obstructed drainage existed in axial exhaust fans No.1 and No.2 of 2×600MW unit in Huaneng Tongchuan Power Plant, two reformation schemes of axial exhaust fan drainage pipeline were analyzed. It was considered that connecting the drainage pipe in bottom of impellers stage I and stage II of axial exhaust fan directly into the inlet pipe can solve the problem of obstructed drainage. In Huaneng Tongchuan Power Plant, using the standby unattended time, the drainage pipes of axial exhaust fans No.1 and No.2 were reformed. After the reformation, the problem of obstructed drainage of axial exhaust fan was solved thoroughly, and desired result was obtained.
