摘要/Abstract

摘要： 热电站汽轮发电机组滑销系统出现卡涩现象，造成了机组开、停过程胀差严重超标，危及机组设备和运行安全。对滑销系统卡涩部分的销槽进行了加工并重新配销，滑销系统卡涩现象基本消除。

关键词: 汽轮机, 滑销系统, 卡涩, 胀差, 处理方法

Abstract: The jamming of sliding key system of steam turbine generator set was occurred in a thermal power plant, which caused the differential expansion of the unit to be exceeded the standard badly in start up and shut down process, and endangered the unit equipments and the operation safety. The jamming part of the key seat of sliding key system had been repaired, and the key had been replaced; so the jamming of the sliding key system was eliminated basically.
