水管滋水引起单元全部停电的事故原因分析

摘要: 摘 要:针对某电厂因水管滋水引起110kV线路发生瞬时接地故障,因#1启动备用变压器零序差动保护误动造成事故范围扩大的情况,介绍了事故的现象及事故处理经过,总结了事故处理经验,分析了事故中暴露的问题。根据保护动作
报告和故障现场情况,分析了故障发展过程和继电保护动作行为,提出了具体的防范措施。

关键词: 110kV线路接地, 启备变零序差动, 水管滋水, 保护误动, 全单元停电

Abstract: In a power plant, the water spurt from crack in the pipe caused an instant earthing fault in 110kV line, and the zero sequence differential protection of start and standby auxiliary transformer No.1 was tripped incorrectly and caused the accident scope enlarged. The phenomenon of the accident and the accident treatment process were expounded. The experiences of the accident treatment were summarized. The problems exposed in the accident were analyzed. According to the protection action report and the accident field situations, the accident developing process and the action behavior of the relay protection were analyzed; and some concrete preventive measures were given.
