摘要: 介绍了钢岔管体型特点及15MnNbR容器钢的可焊性,分析了超高水头特型钢岔管制造工艺及质量控制策略,论述了多底河电站采用15MnNbR容器钢制造钢岔管的工艺难点及控制对策。

Abstract: The shape features of the steel bifurcated pipe and the weldability of 15MnNbR vessel steel were introduced. The manufacturing process of special shape steel bifurcated pipe suitable to ultra high water head and its quality control strategy were analyzed. The technical difficult points and control countermeasures of manufacturing of steel bifurcated pipe in Duodihe Hydropower Station by using 15MnNbR vessel steel were expounded.
