600MW超临界锅炉混煤燃烧试验研究

Experimental research on blended coal combustion for 600MW supercritical boiler

摘要: 炉前预混燃烧和分磨燃烧是混煤燃烧的2种基本方式。以某600MW超临界锅炉为例,进行了炉前预混掺烧试验和分磨单烧烟煤试验,试验结果表明:当烟煤掺烧比例较小时,炉前预混方式比较简单实用;当烟煤掺烧比例较大时,采用分磨单烧方式可取得更好的效果。

Abstract: There are two basic blended coal combustion modes, one of them is premixed combustion, and the other is separately milled layered combustion. Taking a 600MW supercritical boiler as example, the experiments of premixed combustion and separately milled layered combustion were carried out. The experiment results show that when the soft coal ratio is lesser, the premixed combustion mode is more simple and practical, and when the soft coal ratio is larger, to adopt the separately milled layered combustion mode can obtain better result.
