摘要: 数字图像处理与识别技术的迅速发展,给电力系统在线监测的自动化提供了良好的契机,电力设备的运行状态是否正常对系统的安全可靠运行意义重大。依靠计算机自动识别与分析功能,利用图像处理与识别技术,结合最大类间方差法选取阈值、序贯相似法识别、帧差法判决等手段,对电力设备进行在线监测,代替了传统的人工巡检,提高了效率。这种图像识别方法综合了各种技术的优点,处理结果更加精确。

Abstract: The rapid development of digital image processing and recognition technology provides good opportunity for automation of online monitoring system of the power system. Whether the electric power equipments operate normally is very important for safe and reliable operation of the system. Based on automatic recognition and analysis functions of the computers, using the image processing and recognition technology, combining with several methods, such as the method of OTSU for threshold selection, the SSDA for recognition and the FD for judgment, the online monitoring of electric power equipments was realized. The traditional manual inspection was replaced by this system, and the efficiency was improved. The advantages of various technologies had been integrated in this image recognition technology, so its processing result is more accurate.
