摘要: 以当前风电机组主流的兆瓦级双馈风电机组为研究对象,根据其各个部件的工作特性和分布特征,综合分析了国内、外常见风电机组主控系统的构架特点及其配置应用情况。在此基础上,提出了一种面向被控设备对象图形化可组态的控制系统解决方案,该方案糅合了火电分散控制系统(DCS)的控制特点,自主研究开发了控制器硬件平台,以满足对机组控制系统提出的新要求。

Abstract: Taking the main current MW stage doublefed wind generator unit as research object, according to the operation characteristics and distribution features of various parts, the structure features and configuration and application of the current domestic and foreign master control systems of the wind turbines were analyzed synthetically. Based on this, a solution of control system, which is equipment oriented and drawing configurable, was proposed. The control characteristics of the DCS for thermal power generation were blended into this solution. The controller hardware platform was developed independently, which can satisfy new requirements of the unit control system.
