摘要: 上海锅炉厂生产的600MW超临界锅炉分隔屏过热器入口未设计减温水系统,在锅炉启动初期,由于采用等离子点火以及湿态运行阶段锅炉热损失大等原因,分隔屏过热器出口汽温容易超限。针对这一现象,经过分析及现场实践,找到了有效控制出口汽温的办法。

Abstract: The attemperating water system is not designed in the inlet of the separated platen superheater of the 600MW supercritical boiler manufactured in Shanghai Boiler Works Corporation Limited. At the initial startup stage of the boiler, due to the plasma ignition and the larger heat loss of the boiler in wetstate operation stage, the steam temperature in outlet of the separated platen superheater is easily exceeded the limit. Aiming at this problem, based on analysis and site practice, the effective method to control the outlet steam temperature was found.
