摘要: 论述了SA213-T23钢出现焊口裂纹的原因,对出现裂纹的SA213-T23钢焊口进行了金属理化分析。因焊口裂纹具有再热裂纹特征,它与结构应力、焊接残余应力及焊缝在运行温度区间出现二次硬化有着密切的关系,建议严格执行焊接工艺并优化机组运行方式,以防止SA213-T23钢焊口在运行中再次出现裂纹。

Abstract: The reason of the weld seam cracks of SA213-T23 steel was introduced. The metal physical and chemical analysis for the cracked weld seam of SA213-T23 steel was carried out. Due to that the weld seam cracks have the features of reheated cracks, it related closely with the structural stress, residual stress by welding to prevent the weld seam cracks of SA213-T23 steel in the operation once more,operating the bonding technology strictly and optimizing the operation mode were suggested.
