摘要/Abstract

摘要： 依据新疆拜城发电厂汽轮机末四级叶片再次发生断裂的事故，分析了叶片断裂原因，介绍了末四级叉形叶根叶片在线更换工艺和具体要求。在线更换叶片后机组运行正常，叶片更换工艺取得了实效。

Abstract: The fracture accident of last fourstage blade of the steam turbine in Xinjiang Baicheng Power Plant was occurred again.The reasons of blade fracture were analyzed. The online replacing technology of last fourstage blade with pinned root and concrete requirements were introduced. After the blades were replaced online, the unit operates normally; and the actual effect of the blade replacing technology was obtained.
