摘要: 山东百年电力发展股份有限公司排粉风机叶轮磨损不均匀,引起轴承座振动偏大。介绍了三点法找动平衡的步骤。按计算结果加平衡块后,轴承座振动降至合格值,有利于排粉风机的安全运行。

Abstract: The abrasion of the vane wheel of pulverized coal exhauster in Shandong Bainian Electric Power Development Corporation Limited was not uniform, which caused the larger vibration of the bearing pedestal. The procedure of threepoint method for dynamic balance was introduced. After the balance weight block was added in accordance with the calculation, the vibration of the bearing pedestal was reduced to acceptable value, and which is helpful for safe operation of the pulverized coal exhauster.
