油介质损耗因数异常的原因分析及处理

摘要: 华电国际邹县发电厂油介质损耗因数测量值分散性较大,测量时存在放电现象。对采集的数据进行分析后,确定测量数值变化大的原因为2801电桥存在故障。更换2801电桥的油杯引线柱接头后,油介质损耗因数测量值稳定,内部放电的问题得到了有效解决。

Abstract: The measurement value of the oil dielectric dissipation factor of the Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant has larger dispersibility, and electric discharge phenomena occurred in the measurement. According to the analysis of the collected data, it was determined that the reason of the larger variation of the measured value is the fault in the 2801 type electrical bridge. After the lead column joint of the oil cup of 2801 type electrical bridge was replaced, the measured data of the oil dielectric factor became stable, and the internal electric discharge was solved effectively.
