摘要: 分析了鹤壁丰鹤发电有限公司600MW机组汽封改造的原因及目的,介绍了DAS汽封原理、作用并与其他汽封形式进行比较,对比了机组汽封改造前、后振动及热耗率的改善情况,得出了DAS汽封改造效果的评价。

Abstract: The reason and purpose of the gland seal reformation of a 600MW unit in Hebi Fenghe Power Generation Company Limited were analyzed. The theory and functions of DAS gland seal and the comparison with other type gland seals were introduced. The improvement of the unit in vibration and heat consumption rate after reformation were compared with those before reformation, and the evaluation of the reformation effects of DAS gland seal was obtained.
