电除尘器空载升压试验中短路和开路故障分析

摘要: 介绍了电除尘器的工作原理,在此基础上,论述了电除尘器空载升压试验中最常见的各类短路和开路故障,故障会导致电除尘器电压升不到额定电压值。分析了短路和开路故障的原因,采取了相应措施后,故障得以消除。

Abstract: The working theory of the electrostatic precipitator was introduced; based on this, various common kinds of shortcircuit fault and opencircuit fault in noload voltage rising test of the precipitator were expounded. The voltage of the electrostatic precipitator could not rise up to rated voltage due to these faults. The reasons of shortcircuit fault and opencircuit fault were analyzed; the relevant measures were adopted; so the faults were eliminated.
