摘要: 某600MW超临界机组采用直吹式制粉系统,存在较大的延迟和惯性。通过采取给煤率定量测量、补偿系统和串级控制系统,满足了锅炉运行要求。对运行过程中存在的问题进行了分析,经采取有效措施后,保证了运行的稳定性。

Abstract: The directfired pulverizing system adopted in a 600MW supercritical unit has larger delay time and inertia. Depending on the quantitative measurement of coal feed rate, the compensating system and the cascade control system, the requirements of boiler operation were satisfied. The problems occurred in operation process were analyzed; some effective measures were adopted, and the operation stability was ensured.
