三点法找动平衡在大型风机上的应用

摘要: 三点法是风机找动平衡较为实用的方法,用同一试加质量依次试加在互为120° 的3个方位上,测出3个振动值,然后用CAD软件绘图。在现场条件允许的情况下,三点法找动平衡效果较理想,计算及绘图准确,采用该方法可将振幅降至0.05mm以下。

Abstract: The threepoint method is a relatively practical dynamic balancing method for fans. In this method, an identical trial mass will be located in proper sequence on three positions,the angles between two of them are all 120°,for measuring the three vibration values, then the drawing diagram by using the CAD software. The result of the threepoint method can get perfect effect in the site conditions, the calculation and the diagram are accurate, and the vibration amplitude will be reduced less than 0.05mm by using this method.
