无GGH湿法脱硫旁路烟道的漏点治理

摘要: 对河北大唐国际王滩发电有限责任公司不设烟气换热器的湿法脱硫旁路烟道的泄漏原因进行了分析。介绍了湿法脱硫旁路烟道的运行工况,根据防腐要求提出了3种防腐方案,通过对比分析后得到了最优方案。机组改造后,完全消除了烟道漏水现象。

Abstract: The reasons of leakage of bypass gas flue in the WFGD system without GGH of Hebei Datang International Wangtan Power Generation Company Limited were analyzed. The operation conditions of the bypass gas flue in WFGD system were introduced. According to the requirement of anticorrosion, three anticorrosion schemes were put forward and compared, and an optimal scheme was obtained finally. After the unit had been reformed, the water leakage of the gas flue was eliminated completely. 
