摘要/Abstract

摘要： 对某电厂高温过热器出口段T92爆管及爆管周围6根对比样分别进行了常温拉力试验和高温拉力试验。结合现场实际情况，通过试验结果的对比和分析，探究此次爆管的真正原因，提出了相应的措施，以防止爆管再次发生。

关键词: T92钢, 爆管, 原因分析, 拉力试验, 热强性, 金相组织, 过热失效

Abstract: The T92 steel outlet pipe of high temperature superheater of a power plant bursted. The normal temperature tensile test and the high temperature tensile test for the cracked pipe and six pipes around the cracked pipe were carried out respectively. Combining with the practical site situation and through comparison and analysis of test results, the real reasons of this pipe crack accident were investigated, and relevant measures were proposed for preventing the pipe crack occurring once again.
