600 MW机组汽轮机高压缸裂纹原因分析及处理

摘要: 华电内蒙古能源有限公司包头发电分公司600 MW机组大修中发现高压外缸出现裂纹,分析了裂纹产生的原因,对比了几种补焊工艺的优、缺点,最终选择低温预热镍基焊接材料补焊工艺,取得了良好效果。

Abstract: In overhaul of 600 MW unit of Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Corporation Limited Baotou Power Generation Branch Company, it was found that cracks were occurred in highpressure outer casing. The reasons of the cracks were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of several patch weld technologies were compared. Finally, the lowtemperature preheating nickelwelding materialused patch weld technology was selected and adopted, and favorable effect was obtained.
