Vacuum system leakage detection method for unit No.2 of L Power Plant in Indonesia

摘要: 介绍了印度尼西亚L电站 #2汽轮机真空系统出现的真空故障,对造成真空故障的原因进行了诊断和分析,运用了灌水法和氦质谱查漏仪对系统漏点进行了查找,找到了低压缸下缸本体特大漏点。采取有效措施后,未再出现凝汽器真空泄漏的问题。

Abstract: The vacuum system fault of steam turbine No.2 of L Power Plant in Indonesia was introduced. The reasons caused the vacuum system fault were diagnosed and analyzed. Using the filling water method and the Helium mass spectrum leakage detector to find the leakage point of the vacuum system, the especially big leakage point was found in lower half casing of low pressure cylinder. The effective measures were adopted, and the condenser vacuum leakage fault does not occur again.
