某电厂 #3机组真空系统的检漏及处理措施

摘要: 某电厂 #3机组自2009年1月小修后,真空严密性试验一直不合格,试验时凝汽器真空下降速度基本维持在600 Pa/min。利用真空查漏仪对真空系统进行查漏,查找出了相关漏点并提出了系统改进建议。在对有关漏点进行封堵处理和对系统进行相关改造后, #3机组真空严密性试验合格。

Abstract: The result of vacuum leakage test of unit No.3 in a power plant was below standard all the time after its minor repair in January 2009; the decreasing speed of the condenser vacuum in testing basically remained in 600 Pa/min. The leakage of the vacuum system was detected by using the vacuum leak detector, and related leakage points were found. The suggestion for system improvement was put forward. The leakage points were plugged, and the system was improved; so the result of vacuum leakage test of unit No.3 became qualified.
