摘要: 浙江江山化工股份有限公司热电厂回圈流化床锅炉水冷壁管短期内多次因内壁腐蚀发生爆管事故,利用钢管腐蚀扫查仪对重点区域水冷壁管进行远场涡流检测,通过多次分析,排查了缺陷部位,找到了腐蚀源头,采取相应防范措施后,未再发生水冷壁爆管事故。

Abstract: In the Thermal Power Plant of Zhejiang Jiangshan Chemical Corporation Limited, due to corrosion of inner wall of CFB boiler water wall tubes, the tube cracking accident was occurred many times for short term. Using the steel tube corrosion scanning detector, the remote field eddy current testing for water wall tubes in key area was carried out. By many times analysis, the corrosion defect positions were found, and the corrosion reasons were determined. The relevant preventive measures were adopted, and the tube cracking accident does not occur again.
