摘要: 介绍了某电厂1 000 MW直流塔式超超临界锅炉T23钢水冷壁裂纹的类型及泄漏部位的结构,分析了裂纹产生原因,提出了有效的解决方案。

Abstract: The type of the cracks of water wall, the material of which is T23 steel, in 1 000 MW ultrasupercritical towertype oncethrough boiler in a power plant was introduced; and the structure of leakage fault position was described. The reasons of the cracks were analyzed; and effective solution was put forward.
